This one video format got my app over 60 million views, and I hate to break it down to you, but they're all fully automated, all the way from idea to being ready and then being posted. But most of these views, they came from a country that brought us almost zero money. Meanwhile, another country with the same exact format,

same videos, way less views, brought us in 17 times more money. And we did this by going the opposite way of what every other app founder tells you to do. They'll tell you to go after the US and launch on the App Store. We didn't launch on the App Store, and we didn't go after the US.

Instead, we went after small European markets, because small markets have zero competition. I'm from Iceland, and we have a population of 400,000 people. So I just started there, and then I went to Sweden, then Norway, then a bunch of other European markets.

And the key is that everything is local. So Swedish videos, Swedish websites. So in our CTAs, we have the domain, which people see, and they realize that it's a local app. And so they're going to be way higher converting. The format I'm talking about is the AI text message pack.

You've probably seen it online. It's where you pack your family and friends with an AI image. And then the video is the chat scrolling. And we've posted well over 1000 of these videos, because when a format works, you just have to double down on it. And you do that by either hiring an army of creators, or you automate it.

And we decided to fully automate it. And so how it works is we have an AI agent that reads local news in each country to see what's popping. If there's something specific to a country, creates drafts or ideas,

and then it writes the scripts. And then it just advances through this pipeline. So we have the draft, and then translation. And then we have image, where it creates the image, records the actual video. So we have an iMessage simulator, and then it renders the video,

puts it in delivery, and then it's ready. And then it goes out to post it. And with this system, there's nothing stopping us from creating hundreds of videos each week. But the bottleneck becomes the accounts that you post on. And for that, we have two main methods of posting. We hire the VA.
