Terms of Service
Last updated: April 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
SavedThat ("the Service") is operated by Polev & Co LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17176912), with registered office at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London SE19 3BD, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms mean Polev & Co LTD trading as SavedThat.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms — continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
2. Description of the Service
SavedThat is a video bookmarking and semantic search tool. You save video links from supported platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), we generate transcripts and embeddings, and you can search across your saved library by what was said in the videos.
3. Your account
You must provide a valid email to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Service to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or infrastructure. Use automated tools to create accounts or save videos in bulk beyond normal usage. Upload, transmit, or distribute any illegal, harmful, or objectionable content. Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access.
5. Video content
SavedThat saves links to publicly available video content and generates transcripts for personal search use. We do not host or redistribute video files. The original content remains the property of its creators and respective platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of saved content complies with the source platform's terms of service.
6. Paid plans and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Power) are billed either monthly or annually via Stripe, according to the billing interval you select at checkout. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Annual plans are pre-paid for the full twelve-month term at a discount and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period (end of month for monthly plans; end of the twelve-month term for annual plans). After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades mid-cycle — this applies equally to monthly and annual subscriptions. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice; existing subscriptions continue at their agreed price until the end of the current term. Refund conditions, including the UK/EU 14-day cooling-off period for consumers (applicable to both monthly and annual plans), are described in our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavedThat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your personal data, saved videos, and search history. This action cannot be undone.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, subject to consumers' rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence and to the mandatory consumer protections of their local jurisdiction.
