Email hello@savedthat.app. A person reads every message, and we usually reply within one or two business days. Please write from the email you signed in with and mention the device and app version if something is broken (the version is at the bottom of Settings in the app).

Saving videos

From the share sheet

In YouTube, Instagram or TikTok tap Share, then choose SavedThat. On iPhone, if SavedThat is not in the list, scroll the app row to the end, tap More and turn SavedThat on. On Android it appears in the share menu after the app is installed. You can also paste a link in the app or at savedthat.app/library.

How long until a video is searchable?

Usually about a minute. Longer videos take a bit more. If a video stays in processing for more than an hour, email us the link.

Search

Search finds the moment in your saved videos by what was said or shown, in any language, and opens the original video at that second. Only videos in your own library are searched. If nothing comes up right after saving, the video is probably still being transcribed.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel

Cancel in the place where you subscribed, at least 24 hours before the current period (or free trial) ends:

  • iPhone (App Store): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SavedThat.
  • Android (Google Play): Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SavedThat.
  • Website: Settings → Manage billing.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Restore purchases

Signed in on a new phone and your plan is missing? Open the plans screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.

Refunds

Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play's refund page. Purchases on the website follow our Refund Policy.

Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or see how to delete your account, including without signing in. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Creators who want a transcript removed can use the content removal page.
