Refund Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases of SavedThat's Pro and Power plans, operated by Polev & Co LTD (Company No. 17176912, England and Wales). SavedThat is a digital service delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS); no physical goods are sold and no return shipping is applicable.
2. Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe, either monthly or annually depending on the billing interval you select at checkout. Annual plans are pre-paid for the full twelve-month term at a discount. You authorise recurring charges when you upgrade to a paid plan — the next charge will occur at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. Prices for both intervals are listed on our pricing page.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period — the next monthly cycle for monthly plans, or the remainder of the twelve-month term for annual plans — after which your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. No further charges will be made.
4. No partial refunds
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades mid-cycle. This applies equally to monthly and annual subscriptions: annual plans purchased at the discounted rate are non-refundable for the unused portion of the twelve-month term. This is standard practice for SaaS subscriptions, subject to the statutory consumer rights described in section 5.
5. 14-day cooling-off period (UK/EU consumers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers resident in the UK, EU, or EEA have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the initial subscription, provided no digital service has been consumed during that period. The 14-day window applies to both monthly and annual plans and is measured from the date of the initial charge.
If you have actively used paid features during the 14-day period — including but not limited to saving videos, running searches, or generating transcripts beyond the Free plan limits — you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal, as permitted by Article 16(m) of the Directive and the corresponding UK implementing regulations. This waiver applies identically to monthly and annual subscriptions.
To exercise cooling-off, contact support@savedthat.app within 14 days of your initial purchase with your account email and order details. Annual plan customers within the cooling-off window who have not consumed paid features will receive a full refund of the annual charge.
6. Exceptional refunds
In case of a billing error, duplicate charge, or inability to deliver the service due to a technical failure on our side, we will issue a full refund of the affected charge. Contact support@savedthat.app with details and we will resolve the issue promptly.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will resolve legitimate disputes directly and issue refunds when due. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of the associated account until the dispute is closed.
