Refund Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases of SavedThat's Pro and Power plans, operated by OakAI FZ-LLC (Free Zone LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates). SavedThat is a digital service delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS); no physical goods are sold and no return shipping is applicable.
2. Subscription billing
Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial — we save your payment method at signup but only charge when the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing. After the trial, paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe, either monthly or annually depending on the billing interval you select at checkout. Annual plans are pre-paid for the full twelve-month term at a discount. You authorise recurring charges when you upgrade to a paid plan — the next charge will occur at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. Prices for both intervals are listed on our pricing page.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period — the next monthly cycle for monthly plans, or the remainder of the twelve-month term for annual plans — after which your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. No further charges will be made.
Cancel subscription / withdraw
Two clicks: Settings → Manage billing → Cancel. Cancelling online is as easy as subscribing. If you cannot access your account, email support@savedthat.app and we will cancel for you.
4. No partial refunds
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades mid-cycle. This applies equally to monthly and annual subscriptions: annual plans purchased at the discounted rate are non-refundable for the unused portion of the twelve-month term. This is standard practice for SaaS subscriptions, subject to the 14-day money-back window described in section 5.
5. 14-day money-back window
As a goodwill policy, if you are not satisfied with a paid plan you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription, provided you have not substantially used the paid features during that period. The 14-day window applies to both monthly and annual plans and is measured from the date of the initial charge.
If you have actively used paid features during the 14-day period — including but not limited to saving videos, running searches, or generating transcripts beyond the Free plan limits — the subscription is treated as consumed and is no longer eligible for this window. This applies identically to monthly and annual subscriptions.
To request a refund, contact support@savedthat.app within 14 days of your initial purchase with your account email and order details. Annual plan customers within this window who have not substantially used paid features will receive a full refund of the annual charge.
6. EU/UK consumers: statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. Because SavedThat begins providing the digital service immediately at your request, if you withdraw after having used the service we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided; in most cases our goodwill 14-day money-back window (section 5) matches or exceeds this statutory right.
To exercise this right, use the cancellation button in section 3, or email support@savedthat.app with a clear statement of withdrawal (for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract"), your account email, and the purchase date. Where a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the price and conversion date are disclosed before checkout; the withdrawal period runs from the conclusion of the contract as disclosed there.
7. Exceptional refunds
In case of a billing error, duplicate charge, or inability to deliver the service due to a technical failure on our side, we will issue a full refund of the affected charge. Contact support@savedthat.app with details and we will resolve the issue promptly.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will resolve legitimate disputes directly and issue refunds when due. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of the associated account until the dispute is closed.
