Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes: Pro and Power start with a 7-day free trial. We save your card but only charge after day 7. Cancel any time before then in Settings → Manage billing and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes: upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly any time from Settings → Manage billing. Changes are prorated automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay work in the checkout flow.
What counts as a save?
Each unique video URL you bookmark, across YouTube, Instagram Reels and TikTok. Re-saving a URL someone else in your library already has costs zero credits and lands instantly (we share the transcript).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes: cancel from Settings → Plan & Usage. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back window.
What happens if a video fails to transcribe?
We retry up to 3 times with exponential backoff. If it still fails, the save doesn't count against your monthly quota. You can also retry manually from the video page.
