This is one of those things that just makes sense. The more and more you do it, the more you prioritize yourself, it just becomes second nature. You won't be able to skip a night without taking care of yourself. This way, if you're like me and you look forward to bedtime almost every single night, then I'm going to show you my bedtime routine.
then I'm going to show you my bedtime routine. , I'm in the middle of something. , excuse me. So, for the sake of this video, this is going to be my bedtime pouch. I typically don't keep things in this pouch. I have an ecosystem on my nightstand where I keep all the things that I have inside this pouch
where I keep all the things that I have inside this pouch to maximize my bedtime routine. After I put my daughter to bed, I typically start by turning on a candle. I put on this red light therapy headband, and I already did a video about the headband. So in my bag, I have my little pill holder. Usually, while I'm putting my daughter to bed, my boyfriend puts all my vitamins for the night here.
Usually, while I'm putting my daughter to bed, my boyfriend puts all my vitamins for the night here. Fish oil, magnesium, and my multivitamins. magnesium in it, too. Then we have the L'occitane hand cream. This is really thick, but not greasy. You can wear this anytime during the day, but I wash my hands so much throughout the day cause I just don't bother to waste it. But every single night, I am using this. And for my lips, I use this eatum lip balm.
And for my lips, I use this eatum lip balm. I got this last year. I think this is like a limited edition because they don't carry this gold packaging anymore. When I wake up in the morning, it's still on my lips. It also exfoliates, so I do like that. In the morning, I can either, like, wipe it off or, like, what's left is just like a really hydrated lips.
I can either, like, wipe it off or, like, what's left is just like a really hydrated lips. Can't go to bed without this. I can't go to bed without any of these things. If I'm being really honest, I do have a sleeping mask. Now, this mask was given to me in a gift basket, and I didn't think I wanted to use sleeping mask until I used this
