then click our labor ceiling rates. Then you can search by a labor category. I'm using project management. You can even filter by education level. And now you can see the full labor rates are displayed. Now here's the part that nobody tells you. You see this? You can now click on a specific company

including a competitor and get the rates as well. And this is all legal, all public, in all for free. And here's a description of their project management labor category. And look at this. Here is all of their pricing broken down by labor

category. So if you are ever stuck on pricing make sure you go to buy.gsa.gov forward slash pricing. Pricing used to be the thing that I could never really figure out. Especially when you're new to government contracting. Pricing can feel like a bit of a trap. You price too low, you win the work, but you lose money, you

price too high, and then you'll never win anything at all. And here's the thing I really want you to understand. This tool really exists so that the government buyer can check to make sure your prices are reasonable. So when you are doing pricing and you're using this free tool you already know what the

government buyer is looking at as well. So now you don't have to bid and price blindly. This is a complete game-changer. Okay so real quick so that nobody comes for me in the comments. So the price that you see here, think of them

as your starting point and not the exact pricing in the exact answer for every single job. The numbers you're going to see in this tool is the highest a company can charge the government. So it doesn't represent the pricing
