So teach me how to be yourself on camera. As I mentioned in part one, it begins with alchemizing your anxiety into excitement. Yes, how? There's three layers to doing this effectively. Layer one is all about shifting your self-concept. Stop trying to speak like a content creator trying to get views and start professing
like a public speaker sent by God to deliver a divine message, bruv. Bro, you're so right. A public speaker has one chance on a live stage to connect with their people. I keep stopping my flow as soon as I make one little mistake.
Exactly. Once you see yourself in the light of a public speaker like Malcolm X or Martin Luther King, stumbling over a word becomes a feature, not a flaw. I have a dream that one day you would teach me layer two.
You're getting there, I guess. Layer two is calming the down so you can consciously control that excitement. Have you ever heard of the physiological side? No, what's that? It's a breathing technique that's scientifically proven
to slow down your heart rate and lower stress. It's super simple, just do this., that works instantly. I don't think I need layer three, man, I'm ready.

you're speaking through the lens of consumer consciousness. That means without realizing, your intention is to take something from the viewer, whether that's views or followers or validation, that's where your focus lies. However, when you're excited on camera, you're speaking through the lens of creator consciousness.
That means your only intention is to give as much pure value as possible to your viewers When you do that, this camera stops being a threat to your ego and instead becomes a portal to the single soul on the other side who desperately needs your presence
