My name is David Andre and this video is the clearest explanation on the internet on what Hermes agent is, what it does and how to use it. First off, you have to realize that this is becoming the fastest growing and most popular AI agent in the world. Just look at this trajectory of GitHub stars. And in fact,
trajectory of GitHub stars. And in fact, it might be the end of OpenClaw. And that's not just my opinion. Let's look at the data. This is Google Trends, aka the search history on these two projects for the term Hermes agent worldwide past three months. we can see that it's growing faster and faster. But for
growing faster and faster. But for OpenClaw worldwide past three months, we can see that the growth has peaked in late March and now it's steadily declining. So this really might be the open claw killer. Now what people don't realize is that Hermes agent is the fastest project in all of GitHub history
to reach 100,000 stars. And that's mainly because of the insane update speed. competing with this team is insane. five major releases in the last 20 days alone with over 741 merge PRs. That's around 37 pull requests per day. Now, you might be
requests per day. Now, you might be thinking, "But David, what can Hermes mess do? , what is it used for?" Well, let me show you. The first use case is insane. So, this is Ply. She used Hermes to jailbreak Gemma 4. The crazy part is it was done with
4. The crazy part is it was done with Hermes agent and a single skill called Obliterus with only eight prompts from a human. , Hermes agent figured out how to jailbreak this model by itself so that it can answer any question imaginable. But let's look at a more practical use case. This is what
more practical use case. This is what Adam did. He used Hermes agent to build a video in Mandarin. So the language that they used in China where it wrote full HTML file, generated Chinese text to speech, rendered a vertical 916 video 1080p and gave the full MP4 file. Look
at this. First of all, this is going to be huge for both marketing and education. this really might be the best way to learn a new language. Another crazy use case for Hermes agent was building this competition entry for the actual Hermes
competition entry for the actual Hermes agent creative hackathon. Here it created graphics of real sculptures and instead of slop which you would expect from AI. It created these animations, these GIFs which have a certain vibe,
certain feel. This is not the typical AI slope feel. This feels a lot more custom, a lot more high value, a lot more branded. So this is the type of stuff that Hermes agent can do. But before we set up Hermes agent, which of course I'm going to show you later in the video, here is how to make it near AGI level. And what by that is
AGI level. And what by that is that it can complete any task on the computer that a human can. And that is thanks to the new browser harness GitHub repo. Now, this is a GitHub repo that many people have missed because it's very new, just couple days old. As you can see, it's under 2,000 GitHub stars, which I don't expect it to
GitHub stars, which I don't expect it to stay so underground for so long. But this is the PI agent version for browser use. As it says, it's the simplest, thinnest, self-healing harness that gives AI models complete freedom to complete any
models complete freedom to complete any browser task. In other words, if the agent cannot do it with the default library, it can create new functions and write new skills to complete any type of task on the internet. In fact, the creators of browser harness, which is
creators of browser harness, which is the team behind browser use, are so confident in this that they said the first person to find a task that doesn't work with browser harness will get a fresh Mac Mini. So, if you're watching this, you can get a fresh Mac Mini if you figure out where browser harness doesn't work. So, of course, in this
you figure out where browser harness doesn't work. So, of course, in this video, I'm going to show you how to set up Hermes agent with this new browser harness tool. If you don't really understand what browser use is, think of it as a tool that lets the agent see, click, and type on any website just a human can. Simply put, Hermes agent is
the brain. Browser use is the hand. So, here's example how it works. You can tell it to go to a specific website and do some actions on there such as go to Twitter and post a tweet or go to Amazon and buy something or go to hacker news and scrape the latest hacker news or go to LinkedIn and get you some leads.
to LinkedIn and get you some leads. Whatever actions you yourself are doing on the computer, now you can delegate them to an AI agent and thanks to the browser harness tool, it can do them. Okay, so now let me show you how to set this up. First off, we need the VPS because we want our agent
running 24/7. And the best and most affordable option I would say is Hostinger. They have a pre-built page for Hermes agent. just go to this page which I'm going to link below the video and click on deploy and set up a new VPS that is already comes
set up a new VPS that is already comes with Hermes agent. So you don't have to do any of the advanced setup. They made it so much easier to just start running. So first off, select your period. I recommend going either 12 months or ideally 24 months because this is the best deal possible and you want your AI
best deal possible and you want your AI engine running forever. That's the beauty. You sit down for 60 minutes for 90 minutes. You set it up once and it's saving you time for the rest of your life. Now, if you want an even better deal, go to the and click on coupon code and type in code David for additional 10% off. Yeah, this is a
additional 10% off. Yeah, this is a pretty good deal. Shout out Hostinger for sponsoring this video. Now, scroll down and select the location here. Make sure it's the closest to you. So, I'm Czech Republic, so Germany is super close. And then just click on continue. Now, the last thing that remains is filling out your billing address and your payment details. And then click on
filling out your billing address and your payment details. And then click on submit payment. So, again, if you want to set up Hermes agent yourself, make sure to do it on Hostinger VPS. The link to this page is going to be below the video. All . Then you'll get redirected to the hostinger panel where you can manage all your VPS servers. All . As you can see, the newest VPS is
. As you can see, the newest VPS is this one. I just bought it. KVM 2 plan 24 months. Boom. You can see that I have two more years. And then let's click on setup. Confirm the location. Click on next. Now here, don't select an OS. Instead, select an application. Make sure it's the Hermes agent. Select. So, , select the username and save
, select the username and save the password. , just make sure to save this and then click deploy. And there you go. your VPS is starting to deploy. Usually takes two minutes. , they say five, but usually it's one or two minutes. And then you're going to have your own virtual private server, which is far more than most people will ever reach.
more than most people will ever reach. And the beauty of having your own VPS is that you can run multiple agents on there. So if you want Hermes agent, if you want cloud code, Codeex, OpenClaw, agent zero, if you want to run multiple agents on a single VPS, you absolutely can. The KVM2 plan is more than strong
can. The KVM2 plan is more than strong enough for this. Okay, there we go. Everything is set up. took two minutes, maybe three minutes. And we can see that we have multiple Docker containers, two of them. This is the default one, but we care about this one, the Hermes agent one. So, click on open. And here we need to log in with
open. And here we need to log in with the same credentials. So, obviously the Hermes was the name, but hopefully you saved the password. So, paste that in here. Boom. And click on sign in. And there we go. We are inside of the Hermes agent setup. Obviously here we can set up which model we want to use and most importantly what we want to use for the
importantly what we want to use for the browser use because that's where we going to set browser harness. So let's go with a quick setup. You don't have to go with the full setup. I'm going with open router. This will allow us to use any model we want. So let's click on that. We need to add our open router API key. So just go to open router.ai. And
key. So just go to open router.ai. And once you're at open router.ai just click on get API key. If you don't have an account by the way create one. It's completely free. And open router is one of the most essential things to have in AI. Whether you're building software or whether you want to run your personal
whether you want to run your personal agents. So just create an open router account. Trust me. Now go to the left and charge up a couple of bucks. You don't need 77. Just do5 or $10. That's more than enough. Go to the API keys. Click on create. I'm going to name it YouTube Hermes VPS. I'm going to put
some limit on it $30. This is a good practice. So in case it's leaked, I don't have to worry about it. Now, obviously I'm going to revoke my API key after this video. Do not share your API keys with anybody, okay? Treat them as passwords. So, copy this. Boom. Jump back into Hermes setup. Paste it in. Now, it will not be visible. So, don't
Now, it will not be visible. So, don't be confused by that because when you paste something into terminal, it's a secret. It doesn't show you the characters, ? So, you just make sure to click and then do Ctrl +V to paste. Okay. So, here we need to select the default model which should be as strong as possible. Obviously, there is
open 4.6 4.6. But there's a newer model which is Opus 4.7. So if we go to open router and type in Opus, you can see that we have two options. If you have plenty of money and you want 4.6 fast, which is six times more expensive, then go with that. Or if you want the latest
go with that. Or if you want the latest model at the normal pricing, just go with Opus 4.7. Just make sure to copy the name of the model, ? And again, inside of open router, you can use any model. They have open source models, openi models, an entropic models, google
openi models, an entropic models, google models. All of the models that exist are on open router. That's why I use it. Okay, so let's go back and here press arrow up to go to the bottom and press arrow up again to be on the enter custom model name. Enter that and paste
in. Okay, I copied that. My bad. So let's go back and we need to paste in the opus 4.7. So copy this model name. There's a copy button here. Let me delete this and paste in this. There we go. Now, do we want to set up messaging? Now, honestly, you
set up messaging? Now, honestly, you probably should if you want to use it through Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, but I'm going to skip it for now because the focus on this video is on the browser harness. Boom. Do we want to launch Hermes chat now? , no. We don't want to launch Hermes chat because
launch Hermes chat now? , no. We don't want to launch Hermes chat because first we want to install the browser harness skill. So, I'm going to type in N for no and hit enter. Now here we are inside of Hermes. It still started it and we can start chatting with it. As you can see I type in hey and Hermes
you can see I type in hey and Hermes agent is responding with cloth open 7. So this is already a big win ? This allows us to already use Hermes agent and its self-arning abilities. That's why it's popular. This is something that openclaw doesn't have the ability to create skills by itself. It's
create skills by itself. It's self-improving agent. Now the beauty of the browser harness is that this is a self-improving browser use tool. So by using Hermes agent and browser harness at the same time, we're using a self-improving AI agent with a
self-improving browser use tool. So this is now the best setup for an AI agent to do stuff on the web to take actions in the browser. However, we haven't set up the browser harness yet. So I'm going to go into hostinger panel and we're going to use
hostinger panel and we're going to use the integrated terminal. , no. Let's use the Let's use the SSH. It's better. Even though SSH is a bit intimidating and some of you might be scared of it, I'm going to show you how to use SSH because it's not complicated at all. And it's much better than using
at all. And it's much better than using the integrated hosting web terminal. All . So, what we need to do is we need to copy this command. Boom. And just open your terminal on your computer. There it is. Paste it in. And next, we need to Okay, we need just type in yes. And we need to put the password, ?
need to Okay, we need just type in yes. And we need to put the password, ? Which is here. This is a different password than the one we created before. So just click on change. Click on this button. It will generate a new one. Make sure to copy it and save it somewhere. And then click confirm. And that's how easy it is to change your SSH
that's how easy it is to change your SSH password. Okay. So it will take 20 seconds to change the password. But now what we can do is jump back into the terminal and paste in the new password. So again, make sure to click in and then paste. It will not show the password. So don't get confused by that.
password. So don't get confused by that. But here we go. Here we are. That's how it's easy. That's how easy it is to SSH into your virtual private server. I know these terms might be intimidating if you're new to this and if you don't have any VPS servers, but I'm just showing you can do this. You can absolutely do this and you have your own
you can do this. You can absolutely do this and you have your own server. And this server can do many different things. It can host websites. It can run AI agents, automations, a lot of different things. It's not just for Hermes. You can use this VPS to host your site, to launch your business, to launch your startup. Hostinger gives you such amazing deal.
Hostinger gives you such amazing deal. So that's why I'm using it. And here we're in the root. So if we type in pwd, we'll see that we are in the root of the VPS. So what do we need to do now? We need to install browser harness. How do we do it? Well, we follow the official instructions, ? If you scroll down
instructions, ? If you scroll down on the repo, it tells you read install MD first to install this. Okay, so scroll up. Look, we see install.md. Let's click on this. And it tells you the instructions. So, we're going to go one command at a time. Let's copy this.
one command at a time. Let's copy this. Boom. You can probably copy the whole thing, but I'm going to show it to you step by step so it's clear. First, we need to clone this GitH repository. So, just clone it. Boom. There we go. That's that. And you can type in clear after each command if you want. Then, we need to cd into this folder that was created.
Because now, if we do ls, we can see that we have the folder, ? We clone the repo. The folder is there. So, we need to cd into that folder. And now you can see that you're in the folder. You're no longer in the root. If we type in pwe, we are in the folder. We're no longer in root. Then we need to use uv to install all the dependencies. So
to install all the dependencies. So let's do that. Okay. So the issue is that we don't have UV installed on this VPS, which is no problem. Just open up any AI agent such as cloth and type in how do I install UV on my hostinger VPS?
Browse the web. Give me step by step. Be very concise. This model likes to be very talkative so you need to include be very concise but as you can see just ask it in plain English stop stressing a lot of you are not using AI enough you can use it to solve any problem in your life in your
any problem in your life in your business it's not just for coding people think AI can write code but no you can use it to do DevOps here we're using it to set up a new package UV and it will tell us okay so SSH into VPS we have it then we run this command
we have it then we run this command copy it paste it Downloading UV and that's it. Reload shell so it's on path. Let's copy that. Paste it in. Boom. There we go. And we verify with UV- version. You can type this yourself. UV-
type this yourself. UV- version. And now we have UV. That's it. Took 20 seconds. And I solved this problem. Even though I know nothing about UV or nothing about Ubuntu Linux, I was able to solve this problem by just talking to a powerful AI model. So don't
let yourself get stuck. No matter what roadblock you encounter, what friction, just talk to JGBT, talk to Claude. Hopefully you have the paid plan so you have the best models available. But anything can be solved with AI. All , so let's do clear again. Let's resume following the official steps. UV
resume following the official steps. UV tool install dot. Make sure to copy the dot as well. Paste this in. Boom. That was very fast. Okay. And now we do the last command again. Clear. paste this in. And there we go. Okay, I just
in. And there we go. Okay, I just realized there's a lot of terminal commands here and they're scattered. some of them are easy to find, some of them I showed you myself. So I'm going to put everything into a single place called a gist, GitHub gist. I'm going to link this below the video so you have all of the
below the video so you have all of the terminal commands I'm showing in here with clear comments explaining what each terminal command does and where it comes from so that you can easily reproduce this. I'm going to link this below the video. It's completely free. it's just a single place for all the terminal commands. Now we have two options here,
commands. Now we have two options here, ? We just finished installing the browser harness. So what we could do is we could launch a headless browser here on the VPS or the simpler and more visual option is to use the browser use cloud which is completely free and again it's easier to set up so that all of
it's easier to set up so that all of the tasks can be executed on the cloud. So, even though the VPS is it is a data center IP, so sometimes the agent might struggle with it. But if you're familiar with headless browsers, feel free to do that. I'm just going to show you the browser use cloud because you can see how the agent is
you the browser use cloud because you can see how the agent is clicking around and I think that's cool. So, just go to Google while it still exists and type in browser use cloud. Click on the first link. Okay, so I'm already signed up. If you don't have an account, create one. Again, you can get started for free. They have a pretty
started for free. They have a pretty generous free limits on the API. So, on the top , click on API key. And let's give it a label. YouTube Hermes browser harness.
You can give it an expiration in 7 days or just never if you plan on using it. But again, do not share API keys. Okay. I'm going to rotate this after the video so that you guys don't use my account. hopefully I don't forget. So I'm going to copy this. Okay. Okay. So, we
going to copy this. Okay. Okay. So, we hit a small roadblock and that's because we're trying to do something a bit more advanced, ? So, the beauty of the hostinger setup is that they put everything in a docker container so that it's super safe, super replicatable, eliminates the issue of
replicatable, eliminates the issue of , , it runs on my machine, , it's docker container. That's the whole point. But we're trying to install browser harness here and it's simpler to do it on the root level. So once again, go to Google, type in Hermes agent, click on the first link, the official GitHub, scroll down to the installer.
GitHub, scroll down to the installer. There it is. oneline installer. Copy that. Go back to your terminal. Type in clear. And just paste this in. Boom. This is going to install Hermes globally on the whole VPS, not just inside the Docker container,
just inside the Docker container, allowing us to give the agent power to the whole VPS. Now, by the way, this single command installs all the dependencies you need. It checks Linux, checks UV. Okay, we already had UV. So if we ran this package, if you run this command first, you don't have
run this command first, you don't have to do the UV step. So yeah, probably just run this command first. And it checks Python version, git, NodeJS, all of the dependencies you need for Hermes agent to run. So yeah, this single command is very nice. Okay, there it is. It's finishing up the NodeJS
is. It's finishing up the NodeJS dependencies. I'm not doing anything. The install script is taking care of all of this. It's even installing Chrome locally headless Chrome. You can see download only Chrome headless. So if you don't want to use browser, use cloud and you want everything to be happening on the
want everything to be happening on the VPS which again this is the beauty of having your own VPS you can richly run Chromium which is the framework behind Chrome in a headless browser and the agent can be doing all the things on the VPS so if you don't want to have
API key and again you can use this for free they have a very generous limits browser use but if you have some heavy usage and you want everything to be running on the VPS for maybe privacy reasons If you run the installer script from Hermes agent, it includes Chromium
with the headless browser. So that's also an option. All , there we go. So once again, let's click on quick setup. Boom. Open the router. Paste in your key. Same one as before. Let's select Opus 4.7 here. Skip the messaging. Okay. So I'm going to do no
messaging. Okay. So I'm going to do no because we don't want to launch her mess yet. I'm going to do clear. And let's resume our gist. . So again, make sure you ran these. I think we already ran these. Next, we need to save the browser's API key. So, paste this in. Copy the API key again. Delete the
placeholder. Paste this in. There we go. It's set. Beautiful. And now we can just do clear and type in Hermes. And it's going to launch Hermes agent. Hopefully, if the skills loaded up, we ask it in plain English if it can see the browser RS skills. Or if we
scroll up here, we could see it. Available skills. Okay, let me see. Do you see the browser harness skills? Okay, so it doesn't see them. So just press Ctrl C a few times to kill the process. Type in
clear and go back to the gist. Okay, so let's copy these again and rerun these because the location was wrong. Clear. Paste these in and launch our mess. We should see more skills loaded now. 67 skills. Okay. Do you see the Okay, there
it is. Can just press tab. It will predict what you want to type. Yes, I see it. Okay. Amazing. So now inside of the browser use, we should be able to see remote browsers here in a second. So let's run the first test. So
I'm going to tell it go to the hacker news and grab the top 15 hacker news posts for each title, score, offer, comment count, and the link URL. Save it inside of /temporary folder. Show hacker news JSON. So again, this is a complex task. This is not just visit a
task. This is not just visit a website. This is scraping, clicking on multiple posts, visiting them, and saving it inside of a JSON file. Before you finish, contribute what you learned about scraping a news. This is one of the things about browser harness is that it's self-improving and self-healing,
? So the agent can create missing functions. It can update helpers. py by adding upload files when it's not existing. But also it's self-improving in a way where it can go into domain skills and create new skills for specific websites for in this case
for specific websites for in this case it's the news.compre.com. So the next time you use Hermes agent working on this site, it doesn't have to figure it out. it already has the skill for this and that's what makes it a self-improving framework. So, I'm going to launch this. And again, doing this
to launch this. And again, doing this manually is what, half an hour. Going to hacker news, clicking through these, scraping the title, score, offer, comment count, link URLs, creating a JSON file of it. It's at least 20 to 30 minutes doing that manually, ? But now you can just send it to an agent and
it can use the browser harness framework and can just do it. we really are living in a revolutionary time and most people are not realizing this because they either cannot set this up which if you watch this video you can or number two they just lack the creativity for it
two they just lack the creativity for it and they really don't see that any task that you can do yourself the agent can now do for you it can use the browser now and that's the interface that we humans use to operate on the internet. So this is one of the
last domains remaining, one of the last bottlenecks that needs to be cracked for these agents to become super powerful. And that's why I called it near AGI. Now, while it's running, if you're enjoying this video and if you want to see more of these highle technical tutorials for AI agents, make sure to subscribe. Some only 25% of
you watching are subscribed. So three quarters of you are not subscribed. This is the easiest way to support me and my team and to show , hey, I want to see more videos about this one, , advanced technical AI agent videos. So, if you have a couple of seconds, go below the video and click subscribe. It's completely free and it
seconds, go below the video and click subscribe. It's completely free and it helps out a lot. Okay, let's go back to the terminal and let's see. So, the task has been completed. It's saved into show JSON file with the top 15 hacker news posts. Okay, show me the full JSON file. Here
it is. structured output and we can check it ourselves. So let's go to hacker news. Here we go. And let's see if this matches, ? So okay, we have the face off shader prompt excal draw. Face off shader prompt excal draw.
Okay, this works. Let's check the fourth one. MDV framework markdown superers set. Yeah, it successfully create hacker news with all the info that we requested into a single JSON file. Amazing. Let's give it something more advanced, though. Now, notice how this worked even without
Now, notice how this worked even without mentioning the browser use harness. It figured out that, hey, I have this skill. I know how to use it. I'm going to use it. And it also found a pre-exist pre-existing skill with the browser use domain skill folder. It had the
hacker news skill. Where is it? Yeah, there it is. It already found it. So, it checked the domain skills and it found that there is already one for scraping hacker news. So, it used that one. But if you notice, the agent found gaps in the skills and updated it and it contributed back to it again. So every
contributed back to it again. So every time it goes to a website and does some actions, it figures out all the quirks, ? Something is unexpected happens. Maybe a button is in a different location or the data is structured in a weird way. That's why it creates these skills so that in the future it doesn't have to solve these problems again. If
have to solve these problems again. If you type in /exit, you can exit the CLI of Hermes agent and then type in clear and we can check the file. And this is the new domain skills show.mmd file. So it created the skill on how to navigate the site and how to do this again in the future. So if we go
do this again in the future. So if we go Hermes again, if we gave it similar task, it would do it faster and more efficiently for less tokens. As you can see, the agent found four different gotchas, , four different traps that you might fall into when trying to do actions in the browser on hacker
do actions in the browser on hacker news. showing the hacker news prefix relative urls for self posts zero comment anchor quirks and pagionation off wall and it even referenced the existing scraping.md here so it's built on top of prior knowledge it's not just
on top of prior knowledge it's not just duplicating stuff that already exists it even included a working Python block with a recipe on what to do in the future so again the code doesn't have to be rewritten now I think the most impressive is the last paragraph where the agent noticed a similar slash ask
and it flagged it for future AI agents. So this is building knowledge. It's self-improving to the next level. It's not even just focus on a single task. It noticed this that this might be useful and it mentioned it. This is proactive knowledge building. Okay. So let's type clear. Let's launch her mess
let's type clear. Let's launch her mess again. And I'm going to give it an even more difficult task. All . The second thing I'm going to show you is a lot more difficult and that's to visit my YouTube channel and get the 12 most recent YouTube videos including titles and save it as a PNG file in a single
and save it as a PNG file in a single grid. ? So going to my YouTube this looking at my 12 most recent videos this and saving it as a grid as a single PNG file. Again if you I think most humans couldn't even do this to be fair. imagine the average knowledge worker the average
average knowledge worker the average person is super slow on their computer. They don't even know how to navigate YouTube properly. So, it would take them a long time to figure out if they would even figure out. I would argue there's a large percentage of population that would fail this task. But, , Hermes agent will not
fail it. So, first it looks at skill view, browser harness, terminal. Okay. , let's see if we can see it here. Not yet. It's checking the helpers py. Okay, it's now figuring out how to use the browser use remote. Okay, let's see. Okay, there we go. Here we are. , new remote browser is started up. We can
new remote browser is started up. We can click live to see what it's doing. We should be able to see , there we go. We should be able to see how the agent is operating. This is fascinating. Okay, let me scroll up. Loaded. Let me
try extracting videos. Some of it is tries to do u in line with JSON. sometimes browser use is overkill the integrated browser the cloud remote browser for a lot of tasks it's not needed.
tasks it's not needed. Okay got all 30 video entries. Let me save the most 12 more recent. Okay it's still doing stuff. Now build the Okay. So here this is interesting. Sometimes it flags the command as a dangerous command and all you need to do is just say add to permanent allow list so that you make your Hermes more
so that you make your Hermes more powerful and in the future doesn't reask the same thing. Now I'll build a reusable grid helper and the grid image. So again it's creating a skill for the future. Pillow is available. Let me build a reusable grid helper. There it is. It wrote the file. Now run CLI needs helpers in coal drive with browser
helpers in coal drive with browser harness. Okay. So again it's using the browser harness skill with pre-import helpers. It's solving a lot of problems on the way. It's beautiful watching it solve problems. agents a year ago couldn't do this. They would get stuck on each of these steps. But now I
couldn't do this. They would get stuck on each of these steps. But now I don't have to do anything. It's running for many minutes and Opus 4.7 with Hermes. It's able to figure all these things out. Okay, now it's double checking. Does this look a clean 4x3? So it's double checking its work before it presents it to you so it
before it presents it to you so it doesn't waste your time. Now before it finishes, I want to say that we're starting an inerson office in Katoa, Poland. So if you live in Czech Republic, Poland or Slovakia and you want to join my team, make sure to apply. The first position we're hiring for is a YouTube strategist. So, if you have experience growing YouTube channels
have experience growing YouTube channels or running your own YouTube channels, make sure to apply. It's going to be linked below the video. And by the way, it's inerson full-time position. So, you need to be willing to relocate to katita. All . So, the grid is okay. It checked the grid and said the grid is clean. Now, it's going to contribute back to domain skill.com. So, it
clean. Now, it's going to contribute back to domain skill.com. So, it creates these skills. This is the beauty of Hermes and browser harness. It's self-improving. So, every time you use it, it's better and it's faster, ? It's done now. Summary. Here's what I built. Onj grid
PNG saved in CWD. Okay. 4x3 G grid. Okay. So, this is the best demo yet. First of all, it used a real cloud session of browser cloud. You can see this is the latest one 5 minutes ago. Then
Then it had a live self-healing moment. Here, browser harness tried to connect to a local Chrome which was failing. Hermes agent diagnosed the root cause of this and worked around it by using start remote demon with YouTube. So it used
admin.py to selfheal in real time for this use case. This is the beauty of browser harness and Hermes agent. It demonstrated self-healing on this task. Also this is a very smart discovery. It found that YouTube ships the YT initial data which
is a 1 megaby JSON blob and it ships it inside of the HTML. So it didn't have to navigate the DOM and click around. It's much cleaner. It just checked the HTML, found that in the HTML and extracted the 30 videos from that. So no scrolling needed, no, , navigating needed. And it generated the
4x3 grid as a PNG file here. And again, it contributed with a new skill 147 lines that captured the URL patterns, the exact JSON path, working JavaScript extraction snippet, the two gotchas that Hermes agent encountered, and a few
other caveats about the consent and shorts. So next time anybody uses this Hermes agent to scrape YouTube channel, they won't run into these issues. They won't have to do these same goas. The agent create the skill for itself. He created the whole playbook. again, this is more than most people can do at a company. Imagine
people can do at a company. Imagine how many people at your company are competent enough to figure out a novel problem and then document it in a SOP or a playbook that other people can use. Most people never do this. Most people you hire will never create new processes and systems inside of your company. They
and systems inside of your company. They aren't even capable of solving novel problems. But Hermes agent with browser harness can do that. And if you don't see where this is headed, if you don't see how good this will be in two months, in three months, and by the way, Hermes agent was launched two months ago, let me remind you of that. So if you cannot
me remind you of that. So if you cannot look six months into the future and imagine where this is going, maybe the AI industry is not for you. Okay, so I'm going to do /exit and I'm going to copy the file to my MacBook so I can show you the grit and
quickly run the SCP command to copy this file. again the same root password. There we go. So now we should see it in my downloads. There it is. David Andre 12 most recent files and it's true.
Damn single file AI Asian made this pretty insane. Again imagine giving this task to a human. How many people could extract the thumbnails or create this grid and how fast could they do it? average person on the computer would
average person on the computer would take hours if they could even do it. So that's why I'm saying near AGI because there's a strong argument that Hermes agent is already more powerful than the average person you could employ in your company. It's insane. Now if you want to go a step further and you want to master
go a step further and you want to master building with AI, in fact you want to master AI coding to the point of being able to build anything with AI, then make sure to join the society inside. We've taught hundreds of people how to build anything with help of AI agents. In fact, just go to the WS channel and you can see every single day
you can see every single day people are contributing that they've built their first project that they're learning that they're building their first AI agent, their first app built and deployed. And that's all because of this 3-week curriculum, this training program in the classroom. In this three weeks, you're going to master your coding. I don't care if you're complete beginner. I don't care if
your coding. I don't care if you're complete beginner. I don't care if you're 80 years old. I don't care if you're not technical at all. If you go through these three weeks, which are broken down into granular step-by-step modules, you will be able to build any piece of software with AI. And I'm confident about that. So, if you're serious and if you want to master AI coding, make sure to join the
serious and if you want to master AI coding, make sure to join the new society. It's going to be linked below the
