I'm about to launch my fifth app and here's everything I set up from analytics to crash reports to welcome emails. I'm using PostHog and Sentry for analytics and crash reporting so I can see where people get stuck and when the app crashes, then Loops for welcome emails and UserJot for the feedback board. But I will say, these tools are only useful if you act on what they're telling you. So to monitor everything, I'm using Dots, OpenAI's new always-on agent, which is powered

by GPT-6 Astra so it's really smart. My Dot has my launch checklist and access to all the tools I just mentioned, and it's going to proactively watch all this stuff so I don't have to. Let me show you why it's so useful. While I was working on a new feature in Codex, my Dot caught something in my analytics. A few people weren't completing onboarding, which looked odd.

Since it has access to my codebase and my server logs, it dug into why and it found a bug on my server that made one of the onboarding steps show up blank. So people couldn't get past it. And it prepared a fix before I even had to ask. And here's the PR it opened for me to review. I still review changes before they go live, but I didn't have to go find it myself.

My Dot is watching crash reports, email sequences, and the feedback board the same way. So I can keep building while it keeps an eye on the launch. My full checklist is in the caption, and I'll leave a link to Dots in my bio so you can try it for your next launch.
