Mark my words, there are thousands of businesses hiding in this little box, because physical AI is the next big wave of vibe coding. And if you don't know me, I'm Ben, and I solo bootstrapped my way to 45K in MRR by vibe coding apps. Vibe coding's been all the rage for the last year, but software is pretty much a commodity at this point. So I got myself a Raspberry Pi, which is a tiny computer,

and I bought a $10 camera. And with Cloud Code, on the first day, I wanted to build a few proofs of concept to get my feet wet. First, I built a slouch tracker that watches me from my side. It'll scream at me anytime my head or body starts slouching. Then I built a push-up counter that counts every rep and monitors my form in real time. I guess I know what I'm working on when

I max out my cloud usage. I even built a mood tracker that's reading my face while I'm working. It'll log how happy or tired I am throughout the day. And none of this touches the cloud, so the camera feed never leaves my desk, and I don't even pay a cent for inference. But this is just the start, because it goes way beyond just cameras. Add a temperature sensor,

a weight sensor, or a microphone, and there's a whole list of businesses waiting to get built. Now, my next goal is to take a physical AI product all the way to product market fit, and I'll be sharing the whole journey along the way. For now, I've put together a setup guide, plus 100 other use cases for physical AI. So comment physical, and I'll send it to you.
