Multi-page paywalls convert 37% better than single-page paywalls. That's not a small difference, and I found that out the hard way. When I launched Cleanplay, I had a single paywall page, one screen, trying to explain everything at once. The features, the price, the trial, all crammed together. Turns out, that's really overwhelming.

A single page has to communicate value, address concerns, and ask for a payment all at the same time, and most users just can't process that much information in one shot.
