Our entire funnel is one button that says book a demo. It's been there since the seed round. And the only person who's ever clicked it is our investor. Checking if the site still works. Peter, a real SAS funnel has six levels. You have one and it's a button. Level one is traffic. That's static ads and video ads that bring the right people to your offer.
Not just anyone with a thumb. We have ads. They just send people to our homepage. Which is where good leads go to get lost. Level two is a landing page built for one thing. It has a clear promise at the top. A short video explaining the problem and how you solve it.
And one button to book a call. No menu, no blog and no careers page. And then they book the call. Not yet. Level three is qualification. Before anyone touches your calendar, they answer a few questions about their company size, their industry and the problem they need solved.
If they're not a fit, they don't get to book. And only the qualified ones get reported back to Meta. So it learns who your real buyers are. Okay. And what happens to the qualified ones? That's level four. They book straight onto your calendar with no back and forth emails. Then comes level five, which is where most demos die.
You call them within two minutes of booking, confirm they can make it and send them case studies and your offer before the call. So they show up already half sold. Two minutes? My sales team takes two days to answer a Slack message. That's why your show rate looks like your runway. Level six is sales and feedback.
You track who showed up, who was qualified. Who closed and how much revenue you signed. Most founders track none of this and call it forecasting. And then we just do the whole thing again. Then you get smarter. Run your sales call recordings through AI and find out why people
bought the exact words they used, the problems they mentioned and the objections they had become the angles for your next batch of ads. Your buyers end up writing your ads for you. So my customers do my marketing and I take the credit. Peter, that's the smartest thing you've said since the seed round.
If you want to see all six levels in action, comment funnel, and I'll send you a flow chart with the entire funnel mapped out plus real examples of B2B SaaS funnels generating eight figures in revenue.
